Candidate Methodology





















Register with us - only a few minute process.  This will provide us with basic information on your background and interests, helping us understand how best to work with you.  Please submit resumes in word format.

Please only apply for those positions for which you are qualified.  Reflect on the position's skill and experience requirements and how your own unique experience relates.  This is essential "homework" and will assure a more complete assessment and faster reaction time.  We screen all of our resumes manually before sending them to our clients.  If you do not meet the criteria outlined in a particular job description, it is a waste of your time and ours to apply for that position.

We may contact you via email to schedule a preliminary interview.  Depending on the client needs, we may need additional insight on your background.  If this proves to be the case, we'll contact you.  This interview is a great opportunity for us to better assess your skills and fit.

Aligning our interview notes with the clients' needs, we submit your resume whenever there is a clear fit.  If you do not hear back from us it always almost means that your resume has not been sent to our client.  At no point should you ever contact one of our clients without our prior instruction.

After reviewing your resume and our comments, a client may want to meet with you in person or speak to you over the phone (depending on geography).  We arrange for this meeting, and the rest is essentially up to you.  We monitor the interview process, and if your discussions with our clients progress toward an offer, we are available to provide compensation benchmarks and help with contract negotiations.
