O’Connor Advisors, LLC Assists Prairie Capital, LLC Identify and Hire a New President for Their Portfolio Company, Goldsmith, Inc.

Chicago, Illinois, July 28, 2004 – O’Connor Advisors, LLC recently completed a successful effort to assist Goldsmith, Inc. identify and hire a new president, Mr. Jerry Neal. Goldsmith, Inc. is the nation’s largest manufacturer of high-end retail mannequins and store fixtures, a third generation family owned business that was acquired by Chicago-based Prairie Capital, LLC in 1999.

Jerry Neal, most recently Senior Vice President of Visual Merchandising and Store Design for Kohl’s Department Stores, took on responsibilities effective July 7th. Jerry’s significant retail industry experience, a passion for visual marketing and a strong disposition to lead a growing business enterprise, made him a stand out candidate. The nationwide search explored the breadth and depth of the US retail/visual marketing industry.
